What You Do
- Lead and organize your own development team
- Plan, execute, and manage client projects
- Create project plans, reports, and documentation
What You Bring
- A completed degree, comparable education, or relevant practical experience through a career change in project management
- At least 5 years of experience in project management (ideally in IT or e-commerce)
- Preferably experience with shop systems like Shopware, Oxid, or Adobe Commerce
- Strong organization, communication, time management, and leadership skills
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
